Já vi vários vídeos no Youtube do rali de Portugal, mas gostei particularmente deste. Os sítios das filmagens foram particularmente bem escolhidos e demonstra a grande espectacularidade deste campeonato, assim como o excelente enquadramento dos portugueses neste lote.

No ano passado perdi a corrida dos campeões... Hoje "tropecei" num vídeo da "prova".

O Rali de Portugal mostrou ser demolidor para os pneus e para alguns carros. A fiabilidade não
esteve com alguns e para outros, ao forçar o andamento, cometeram erros, como o Bruno Magalhães no início, ou o Duval mais para o fim. Ainda assim o primeiro garantiu uma vantagem enorme para os restantes concorrentes do nacional e o segundo mostrou que está cá para as curvas também na terra e não sendo a primeira vez que conduz um S2000 e com falta de ritmo adaptou-se muito bem!
Tivemos um Gr N "tradicional" nos 5 primeiros, ao contrario do que eu tinha dito, precisamente no 5º lugar, o Haninnen com o Evo IX da AR Vidal, mas na verdade, beneficiou de tantas desistências na sua frente.
Armindo Araújo não teve um carro colaborante. que tristeza. Mas mesmo que tivesse, volto a dizer, não teria possibilidade de discutir a vitória. é a minha convicção. Infelizmente, nem o seu virtuosismo se pode ver muito, nem pode ele testar o que pretendia.
O Bernardo Sousa infelizmente também não chegou ao fim. Já são duas pontuações deitadas fora no campeonato nacional.

After the excitement and drama of the Shanghai Moto GP last weekend we here at Gadget Freaks are looking forward to a bit of humdrum on Sunday with the F1 Grand Prix of Turkey. After a brilliant start to the season, Mc Laren seem to have dropped off the pace. Either that or Ferrari has lifted its game to lofty levels that the other teams cannot reach.

After early practise sessions at the Istanbul Park Circuit it seems Ferrari with Kimi Raikkonen are having an easy time at the top of the time sheets. Lewis Hamilton has struggled into second with Massa the Crasha in third after a few customary excursions onto the Turkish grass. Great early news for David Coulthard as the veteran Scottish driver clocked the fourth fastest time. The BMWs of Nick Hiedfeld and Robert Kubica were down in 10th and 6th respectively with some work to do to get up the grid.

The Istanbul Park Circuit is a great racetrack so let's hope that we will see the 3 top teams all at their best on Sunday. With the banning of traction control and some electronic driver aids this year we are seeing the cars sliding around more which has made for some spectacular action. We here at Gadget Freaks are hoping this will bring the cars much closer for the duration of the race and maybe one day we might see 3 cars fighting for the lead on the last lap with tension and drama and.........well we can always dream!

Die Polizei erwischte am Autobahnende in Zürich neun nagelneue Sportwagen der Marken Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin und Audi, die bei einer Geschwindigkeitsmessung im Konvoi mit teils bis zu 197 Stundenkilometern unterwegs waren. Die Schweizer Schmierblätter Papiermedien überschlugen sich berichteten von "3 Jahre Gefängnis" bis zu "1 Million CHF Strafe pro Person".

Währenddessen frage ich mich, wie man um Zürich mit fast 200 Stundenkilometern unterwegs sein kann. Ich stand heute wieder einmal im Stau auf dem Nordring mit einer durchschnittlichen Geschwindigkeit von 200 Stunden pro Kilometer!

Tja, das kann sich so mancher Redakteur nicht vorstellen. Klar fährt man einfach mal so zum Spass im Konvoi mit Ferraris, DB9, Murcielagos kurz von Mailand nach Paris übers Wochenende, geht dort zum Mittagessen auf den Eifelturm und fährt wieder zurück. Und das kann sogar Spass machen!
Die zwei Videos im Beitrag sind weltklasse! Den Polizisten scheint die Verhaftung richtig Spass zu machen :-) Neun Fahrzeuge im Gesamtwert von 3,2 Mio CHF sieht man nicht alle Tage.
